Do you track lot numbers and expiration dates?

Yes. We record lot numbers and expiration dates when inventory is received, and ShipHero WMS tracks which lot ships in each order.

What is FEFO picking?

FEFO means first-expired, first-out. When you have more than one lot of the same SKU, we pick the lot with the earliest expiration date first, so older stock ships before newer stock.

Is your warehouse FDA-registered?

Yes. Our Los Angeles warehouse is an FDA-registered facility, close to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Can you ship subscription orders?

Yes. Subscription orders that come in from your Shopify store are picked, scanned and shipped like any other order, with same-day shipping on orders in by 2 PM Pacific.

Can you ship case packs to retail partners?

Yes. We ship wholesale and retail orders to partners like Erewhon, Faire and Airgoods from the same inventory as your DTC orders, with retail EDI through SPS Commerce.

How much does protein powder fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Pallet storage is $0.90 per pallet per day and receiving is $10 per pallet. Postage is separate.

How fast can we start?

We onboard brands within 24 to 48 hours. Your store is connected and your plan is set right away, and same-day shipping starts as soon as your inventory arrives and is counted.

Is there a contract or order minimum?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
