Order import

Orders flow into the WMS within seconds of being placed on your platform. Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, custom — all sync in real time. Orders are queued by ship-by time.

Smart batching

ShipHero's batch picker groups orders by location, SKU, and ship method to minimize travel time. A picker walks the warehouse once for 20 orders instead of 20 separate trips.

Mobile scan-pick

Label generated against USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL at our negotiated rates. Cheapest viable option chosen automatically. Per-SKU overrides supported (e.g., always use UPS for fragile).

All packages tendered to carriers by 5 PM Pacific. Tracking pushed back to your storefront within minutes of label print. Daily reporting includes orders shipped, accuracy rate, and exceptions.

How is pick and pack pricing calculated?
$1.50 base for the first item in an order, plus $0.35 for each additional item. Volume-tiered pricing kicks in automatically — brands shipping at higher volumes pay less per order. The standard rate covers picking, packing materials (other than premium packaging you supply), label generation, and carrier tender.
What's your pick accuracy?
99.8% scan-verified. Every unit is barcode-scanned at pick and again at pack. The WMS rejects mismatches in real time. This is the actual scan data, not a marketing number.
Do you use your packaging or mine?
Yours. Every order ships in your branded packaging exactly as you specify. We store your boxes, tissue, inserts, and tape on-site as a regular packout supply. No Matrix branding on outbound shipments.
Can you do special packout requirements like gift wrap?
Yes. Gift wrap, gift messages, branded inserts, sample-with-purchase logic, conditional packouts based on order value or SKU combination — all configurable in the WMS profile. Special projects requiring meaningful hands-on time bill at $40/hr.
How does same-day shipping work?
Orders received by 2 PM Pacific ship the same business day. The WMS routes new orders to the picking queue every few minutes. Pickers work through the queue continuously, not in scheduled batches.
What if I ship a high volume of low-cost items?
Volume tiers apply automatically. Brands shipping high-volume operations qualify for sub-$1.00 rates per order. We'll send you an itemized quote based on your specific order profile.
