The fine print, up front.

How does Matrix Fulfillment pricing work?
Four components: fulfillment (pick and pack) starting as low as $0.50 per order; storage per pallet or bin per day; receiving per pallet or carton; and optional services like B2B routing and returns. Every line item appears on every invoice.
Is there a setup fee or order minimum?
No setup fees and no order minimums. You pay the per-order, per-storage, per-receiving line items based on actual activity. Onboard while shipping 50 orders a month or 50,000 — same pricing structure.
How are shipping carrier rates handled?
Carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) are passed through at our negotiated commercial rates, typically 30 to 60 percent below retail. Carrier charges appear as a separate line item on every invoice.
How do you accept payment?
ACH or wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards. Invoices issue weekly with NET terms specified at onboarding.
Is there a contract or commitment period?
Month to month with 30 days notice to leave. No annual contracts, no auto-renewal, no early-termination penalties.
What does "trusted" vs "non-trusted" receiving mean?
Trusted receiving counts units against your ASN at the carton or pallet level — fastest and cheapest. Non-trusted receiving counts, scans, and barcodes each unit individually before inventory goes available-to-sell — more accurate for sensitive categories or new supplier relationships. Non-trusted adds $0.35 per unit on top of standard receiving.
