Does WooCommerce integration work as well as Shopify?

Yes. The operational workflow is identical — orders import, get picked, packed, shipped, and tracking pushes back. WooCommerce uses a plugin instead of a native app; functionality is equivalent.

Do I need a specific WordPress host?

Not required, but managed WordPress hosting (WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways) reduces order import latency. Cheap shared hosting can cause delays.

Does the ShipHero WooCommerce plugin cost extra?

The plugin itself is free. WooCommerce integration is included in our standard software management fee.

Can you handle WooCommerce Subscriptions?
