Eyewear fulfillment splits into two categories: standard sunglasses (closer to apparel fulfillment) and prescription eyewear (closer to medical device fulfillment with try-on programs and high return rates). We support both, with workflows tuned to each.

Standard eyewear packout

Sunglasses and non-prescription frames ship in your branded case with cleaning cloth, branded inserts, and protective outer mailer. Standard DTC-grade packout.

Prescription order routing

Prescription eyewear orders include the lab fabrication step. We can ship inventory to your fabrication partner for lens insertion, then receive completed orders for outbound — or coordinate direct fabrication-to-customer shipping.

Try-on program fulfillment

Try-on at home programs (5 frames shipped for try-on, customer returns 4) flow through a dedicated workflow with try-on kit assembly, return label inclusion, and inbound return inspection.

High return rate workflow

Eyewear returns at 20-40 percent for try-on programs. Our returns processing is staffed for that volume with scan-grade inspection, frame-specific cosmetic checks, and rapid restock to keep inventory available.

Anti-scratch packout

Lenses are precious. Anti-scratch packout with proper case protection ensures frames arrive flawless.

Branded refurb on returns

Returned frames inspect for scratches, frame damage, and case condition. Restockable units re-pack with fresh case interior, fresh cleaning cloth, fresh outer package.
