Box-quality presentation

Footwear ships in the original shoe box (your packaging) with care taken to preserve box condition. Damaged shoe boxes mean returned shoes. We don't crush boxes.

High return rate workflow

Footwear runs 30-50 percent returns online. Returns inspect for wear (sole condition, upper condition, smell), restock condition-graded units, refund-only for worn units.

Try-on program support

Free-shipping return programs and try-on at home (ship 2 sizes, return one) flow through a dedicated workflow with rapid restock to keep size availability high.

Apparel and footwear bundling

Many footwear brands also sell socks, laces, shoe care kits. We assemble bundles and cross-category orders from one inventory pool.
